Meet Our Owner

Hello, Austin, TX! I'm Felix Vara, owner and operator of Frostymist. Our team is proud to install and service high-efficiency HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients just like you throughout the Austin area. I know you wouldn't allow just anybody into your home to work on your AC system, so I wanted to introduce myself to you personally.

Helping people has always been my driving force in the 25 years I've been involved in this industry. When I first started, I saw how some unscrupulous companies took advantage of people, and I wanted to turn that trend around by offering honest, skilled service. For me, it's a golden opportunity to serve my community. To this day, my absolute favorite part of the business is helping people out of tough situations by fixing their AC issues as effectively as possible.

I've built this philosophy into Frostymist's work culture. We guarantee our work—and we're not afraid to work hard to achieve the best results. We aim to do the job right the first time, every time. Above all else, my team and I strive to make our customers happy, because I believe that's what it's all about at the end of the day.
